Mr P is in stage 5 kidney failure and has dialysis 3 times a week. He is also a wheelchair user but finds it really difficult as he doesn't have the strength to self propel in his area as there are too many hills. He struggles to use public transport without someone to help him board the vehicle. Having someone to do some shopping would really help because he does not have the strength to do this himself.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
