I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run 3 times per week.
We are joining our friends Val and Rik to give a helping hand in the church garden after both the winter and lockdown.
After a swift 45 minutes work we will do some fitness. You need to sign up for this separately as the number limits are different It will be a short run followed by some bodyweight strength exercises with plenty of options for those who are feeling a bit sluggish This will be for 45 minutes. All done and dusted by 7:30pm just like old times!
Please feel free to join at any point in the evening but please do sign up as numbers are limited .
