Mrs J loves her garden and used to get outside as much as possible. She is very appreciative of the help already received. Unfortunately, she has back problems which now prevent her from doing the gardening. She hasn't walked down her garden for a while as she finds it too upsetting to see it unkept. It would mean an awful lot to get it back to where it needs to be.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
