Reducing clutter in the bathroom and living room will help minimise health and safety risks, improve hygiene, and support J's wellbeing. A cleaner and more organised home is likely to have a positive impact on J's mental health, helping her feel more comfortable, settled, and happier in her property, where she has lived for the past 10 years. The support will also help J donate pre-sorted clothes and items to charity, which is important to her and will reduce the volume of belongings in the property. Removing rubbish and arranging appropriate waste disposal will further improve the habitability of the home.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
