Poor Adam headed to GoodGym tonight to hang out with pals but instead got a flat tyre, so spent the entire session in the cold trying to fix it! Thanks to Jason & Alice for springing into action to help him. At least he got some cake!
The rest or us had a 4K run to Shire Oak Primary where we got to work cleaning their chairs and cleaning out the sports cupboard. Janie looked after us with cake and tea...what a treat!

Tonight we headed to Rokeby Gardens & community woods in Headingley to chop hedges & to clean up a space that had been previously used as a homeless camp.
We cleared so much stuff, it just shows what a difference a GoodGym session can make. Well done team!
