Southwark Report written by Brenda SMITH (She/her)
At Groad's Open House, cleared-out cupboards turn into cheers. Donations are sorted, shared and snapped up by those who need them most - proving a little decluttering can deliver a whole lot of happiness.

Lambeth Report written by Harvey Gallagher (he/him)
Hang on, didn't Brenda and Harvey meet up at junior parkrun earlier in the day? Yes, indeed, they did! And now they were back to Brixton for the continuing story of keeping the litter at bay. They joined the team of volunteers from Young People's Movement, collected high vis and litter pickers, and they were good to go.
Luckily, a friend from Lambeth Council's street rubbish waste team who they'd met on their last visit, was way ahead of our intrepid two! He was on the case - collecting litter, bringing our team up to speed, and making sure all parties pulled in the same direction. A gent.
Brenda and Harvey worked the way around their pitch, leaving the whole area looking (almost) spotless! Job done, Brenda headed off to tackle another good deed. And Harvey went home :)

It's always good to volunteer with you Harvey.

Lewisham Report written by Harvey Gallagher (he/him)
On a lovely mild, sunny Sunday, Brenda and Harvey came from the deep south and the faraway west to help out at Forster Memorial Park junior parkrun. Brenda took a marshaling spot, Harvey was on timekeeping.
The total of 74 runners was only five short of the record! And there were an amazing 21 personal best times - those children down south east London way are rapid!
Mon 8th Jun at 1:20pm
It's the first time I have ever been to Forster Memorial Park despite living in deep south for so many years! Great to see you again Harvey.

Hammersmith and Fulham Report written by Brenda SMITH (She/her)
I rocked up to a room full of crates and tables giving attitude, I got to work alongside the foodbank core team. Packing the stock, shifting the crates, tamed the tables, and got the chairs back in line for the congregation.
A bit of a workout, a lot of teamwork - and by the end, everything in its place and weekend officially earned.

Westminster Report written by Brenda SMITH (She/her)
Brenda popped by with milk and churned out a smile while she was at it. The client was moo- ved by the delivery - proof that a doorstep drop and a friendly face still cream the competition.
Honestly, it's pasteurised time we brought back the milkman rounds, fresh bottles, fimiliar faces, and services that never goes sour.
