Islington Report written by Islington runner
The friendly multi-national team at Elizabeth House requested some extra help to clear up at the end of a busy foodbank supermarket session. GoodGym provided its own multi-national team - David from Islington and Brenda from Croydon.
Chair stacking, table wiping, crate lugging, food composting - the half hour session flew past. More help requested next week!

Bromley Report written by Hannah
It was great to return to Ripley to scrub up the windows from the inside too this time (+ some radiators and extra bits)! Brenda and Hannah set to work with the help of the warden, Cliff, and got things sparkling while discussing the benefits of Goodgym and volunteering in general. We also found out about more of the activities going on at Ripley, including coding, yoga and art clubs, and took the opportunity to pose for some shots in the elegant music room... (We did actually clean as well!)
You can check out what's on at Ripley here:

Lewisham Report written by Brenda SMITH (She/her)
I sang this nursey rhyme to myself while taking part in Hilly Field park run today.
The Grand Old Duke of York
He had 10,000 men
He marched them up to the top of the hill and he marched them down again
And when they were up, they were up and when they were down they were down and when they were only half way up they were neither up or down!
