Following on from last night SHAFF Spectacular we were back to the Abbeydale Picture House for some more musical Chairs at The Abbeydale!

On arrival SENSATIONAL STEVE gave us the brief and the exciting news of the S1 Artspace takeover that's taking place in the venue shortly and how we were helping to make it possible.

We split into 2 teams:

  1. Team lift and shift
  2. Team Jack of all trades, plaster of none

Team 1 got straight to it moving various bits and bobs on the balcony preparing it for the exhibition.

Team 2 swept down walls and although tempted to give Abbeydale the brush off did a great job on the PVA painting task, wish Glue were here.

After a decent spell on tasks it was fitness time with an inside circuit sesh as it was spitting outside.

This weeks involved:

  • Sprints
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Glute Bridges
  • Burpees
  • Wall Sits
  • Planks
  • Tuck Jumps
  • Clock Lunges
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Squat Punches
  • Tri Dips

Great work as ever by all involved!

Until next time, happy running! :)
