Mowing the lawn and light gardening duties for Mrs C (week 3)
Mrs C struggles with her mental health and has always had a nicely kept garden which has provided her with a space to sit and feed the birds. Her physical health has taken a turn for the worse this year which has affected her ability to tend to the garden.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
