Mrs C has a number of physical and mental health issues and finds her home depressing. Mrs C talks about the past in a negative manner and the flooring will give hope for the future. She has been without flooring for 1.5 years, since she moved to the council bungalow.

Cutting back holly for Mrs J (wk1)
Mrs J is visually impaired and has cerebral palsy. Cutting the holly back will give safer access to the washing line and enable her to exit the house to sit in the garden area without risk of scratching from shrubs she is unable to see coming.
