Camden
First Group Run of the Year!

GoodGym Camden is the best way to get fit in North London, we meet every week at 6.45pm, there's a short intro and we aim to leave at 7pm.
We are a fun and sociable group which does good and gets fit together. We welcome all abilities but ask that you are able to run for at least 15 minutes, don't worry though we keep together as a group and no-one is left behind! Come along and join us!
We'll be heading to Castlehaven Community Centre to help them litter pick, sweep leaves and in general tidy up their two parks. We will run there (1.6km/1 mile), do the task and then run back to base.
After the run we'll head for a lemonade at the local pub - it's just around the corner - it's a great opportunity to learn more about what GoodGym does, what we've been up to in Camden and how you might get further involved and they do some cracking sweet potato fries too!
It's going to be a great evening!

GoodGym London Christmas PARTY!

It's the most wonderful time of the year and so it's time to party with your fellow GoodGym-ers!
We have secured a space at the wonderful Battersea Arts Centre for our Christmas party, woohoo! Stick the date in your diaries and get ready to don some fancy dress and dance all night long.
I'm going to dance all night long! Said Ivo
As always, any GoodGym-ers outside of London are massively welcome and we can all put you up for the night. We also know that the South West (oh hi Bath & Brizzle) throw mean parties themselves and so we look forward to the many Christmas parties of GoodGym this year.
Small door charge Whilst the venue is FREE, they are getting some tech people to sort the sound and lights for us, so it will be like a proper disco. Therefore, just like last year, it will be £2-3 on the door donation to cover this cost. Please bring some squids with you!
Music Add music from your Borough to this Spotify playlist or to this spreadsheet if you don't use Spotify then we'll play them on the night!
Fancy dress theme Dress up to represent your Borough or Area. Whatever that means to you - maybe you can visually recreate your area name, be a tube station in your Borough, or pay homage to a famous figure that has lived in your manor once upon a time. Whatever you want to do, make sure you rep your GoodGym area TO THE MAX!
I really can't wait to do fancy dress AGAIN this year! Said Pritesh
HOORAY!
New room alert Our room has been moved to avoid a soundclash so it may not be ready til 8pm. We still have use of the bar downstairs so come from 7 and we will get into the room as soon as they can. We have the space until about 11.30 when those who want can head off to party somewhere else!
