I picked the wrong day to quit drinking...
Organisations Mike C has pledged to support
Assemble. We have a booking for 6 of you wonderful people to join us at the Rose and Crown in South Ealing this upcoming Tuesday after the litter pick. All welcome- whether you drink or not, we will probably have food as well, again optional and your choice. PLEASE notify Milly or Olivia if you have allergies so we can tell the staff- they are really good at accommodating.
The table is booked for half 7. If you sign up, please have courtesy for others if you cant come and sign out or notify one of the group (please pass this on to Milly or Liv) so others can attend as these spots will be in high demand.
Social distance! Strictly 6 per table. We are outdoors so bring warm clothes- hats, gloves, jackets as you may be cold after exercise. Bring your pennies!
There is parking around the nearby streets for the non drinkers but this is not guaranteed.
Anything else please message me or Olivia.
This Friday we need a few helping hands to help move all the essential food stock currently being held at The William Hobbayne Centre over to The Store Cupboard - Hanwell’s new affordable food project.
Tasks will be:
- Walking trollies of food between the two sites (about a 0.2 mile walk between)
- Lifting and sorting
- Loading/unloading cars
Here's what you need to know:
Disposal gloves will be provided but it's essential that everyone taking part wears a mask for the entire task so please bring your own.
Meet outside The William Hobbayne Centre at 5pm
We'll be there for 1-2 hours but hopefully we’ll get it done fast!
If you have a car it would be great if you fancy driving down and using it to help transport some stock between the sites. We’ll help load/upload it all!
