RED January Round Up
17 GoodGymers made their way 4.3km on a training session in Portsmouth.

Well done to everyone who took part in the RED January Challenge! Especially for our cyclists, whose distances are reduced by 75% on the GoodGym website, it was super to see the epic distances we've covered as a team.
Staying motivated to keep active in the cold, dark winter months is always a challenge, but it's certainly much easier with support from our GG chums!
