Richard and I visited Mrs E and her neighbour Ms K to help sort some bed bases.

Mrs E needed a lower bed ready for her 97th birthday celebrations so we swapped her bed base with the one from the back bedroom.

A moment of concern that the new base was on wheels was quickly thwarted when we discovered they just popped off.

A quick hoover around when we moved the beds and we bid them farewell.

Mrs R met us and showed us where the dismantled bed was. 🛏

We quickly shifted the parts through to the front of the property to be collected by the council. Ensuring we didn't flood the house each time we went out into the stormy rain shower! 🌧

Mrs R promised that they had learnt their lesson about jumping on the bed 🤣

With all the parts outside, Richard and I said our goodbyes and headed off. Of course the rain had now stopped. 🙄

Well done to everyone who improved “Blue Monday” by getting out and moving, from early morning pie drawing to lunch time dog walks, plenty of Kms have been added to the January challenge total.
