Pull it and Tug it
15 GoodGymers made their way 5.3km to help the Mousehold Heath in Norwich.

It was another glorious evening at Mousehold Heath, maybe we should visit there every day to guarantee good weather???
A big welcome to Maddy who was taking part in her first deed with GoodGym.
Not only was it a hilly run to get there, Will the warden then took us on a trek within Mousehold Heath to the area of Bracken we were going to work on. I think a few of us were shattered before the task had begun haha.
Yet again, we cleared a huge area of Bracken, which will enable the Heather to develop and grow.
Thankfully the run back to The Forum was mostly down hill!
