Mile End parkrun pacing

Run and do good on Saturday morning

GoodGym will be providing pacers for our friends at Mile End parkrun on 4th February - their 5th birthday!

It's a lovely two lap course with some gentle hills to add a bit of a Saturday morning challenge. Pacing means you get to have a slightly more relaxed Saturday morning run, while helping other runners to reach their goal - and running and doing nice things its what GoodGym's all about, after all!

If you're up for it, have a look at this spreadsheet, pick a slot that's around 2-4 minutes behind your recent form and stick your name down.

Please arrive for 8.40 to pick up your bib and have a nice photo.

Non-pacers who just want to run also welcome, and an official photographer would also be appreciated! We will almost certainly go for tea/cake/hash browns afterwards.

Don't forget your barcode!
