Hey Rob thanks for setting this up! Anyone else doing the marathon? I have an 18 mile run at the weekend. Training in the heat is hard but hopefully beneficial!!

I think I imagined a WhatsApp group! Sorry Sarah! My training had been going fine, but think have sprained ankle, hoping can fix it before end of week😫So I may be a support/ photographer rather than runner...hoping that is not the case

Hey All, is there a preferred parkrun for the Saturday? Also to say there are a bunch of us going from mile end parkrun and GG Tower Hamlets. We are pasta loading Saturday night too
