Tonight 11 GoodGymers ran 5km to support Barge Road Community Garden.

Kudos to Mark, who was attending his 100th session!

We continued where we left off last week, pulling up roots, weeding, sieving through soil and picking up litter.

This weeks surprise find was an old Barbie! After 45 minutes of filling buckets, bin bags and piling up rubble we headed home after a job well done.

A white covered park greeted us today, 212 hardy people were glad that this Parkrun was able to take place. As marshals we definitely needed layer upon layers today, it was cold and crisp. Goodgymers Rob, Bobby, Roisin, Kathryn, Brad, Liam (& Henry) were running today. Well done everyone

Tonight 15 GoodGymers ran 6km to the Norwich foodbank to support the Trussel Trust.

Keith was on hand to deliver instructions on which donations needed sorting. Shout out to Martin attending his first GoodGym task tonight.

This week we had shampoo's to clean and unpack, cardboard packing to be moved and all other items to placed in date order.

With less donations than expected at this time of year, we had completed the task in 40mins. So we finished with a group photo, and headed back in different directions.
