We visited the residents at Dell Rose Court Housing with Care, for an evening of Bingo, which they were all excited for... thinking they would take us to the cleaners haha.

Well... Maddy was going to put an end to that by taking the first two Full Houses... she really wanted the hand cream but when she had the choice of biscuits, cakes or fig rolls... she went for the fig roles, I'm shocked.

Luckily the tenants came back and took the final three Full Houses.

The evening finished with some discussions with the tenants and we look forward to returning again soon.

17 hardy youngsters turned out on a windy, drizzly, cool morning for a 2K run around Lea Bridge’s park. We noticed there had been a few new trees planted since last week, amazingly planted close to our marshal posts which makes it easier to mark the course with our poles. Well done everyone

390 people ran/walked/jogged around the park today, record times, it was so cold. Us marshals resorted back to thermals. GG runners today Bill & Roisin well done both. 5 new to Parkrun today, well done to you.
