7 GoodGymers made their way 3km to help their local community in Brent.

Group runs are back! Hooray! For the first time in 16 months we gathered at the Queensbury pub to begin the evening.
After a quick introduction speech, Liz led a short warm-up. We then set off for Clitterhouse farm.
We were greeted by Anika, who explained the tasks for the evening. Sabina and Pete quickly set to work, re-potting plants in the Greenhouse, while the rest of the group began watering the plants. When the watering was almost completed, Tabitha did some weeding, while Liz planted some baby beetroot.
We ran back to the Queensbury for some cool down stretches, finishing the evening with a cold drink.
