It's great to combine doing good in the community whilst exercising, and having a lot of fun with like minded people. You don't have to be a fast runner to join, you can be a slow runner, a jogger or even a walker, as I am.
Val has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Val has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Val.
