Pace: 06.00-06.30 minutes per kilometre or 09.40-10.30 minutes per mile.
Distance: 19.74km you must be comfortable with this distance.
Meeting Point The Peace Pagoda in Battersea Park at 10.45 to leave at 11.00 sharp. Please allow plenty of time to get there. We will leave at 11.00 on the dot.
Route Strava route map here - you follow the Thames Path all the way into Richmond. Pretty simple and a lovely run - mostly towpath type terrain.
End Point: Pizza Express Richmond, booking is for 20 people at 13.45 for a bit of wiggle room.
Shorter Route Sadly Frances Powrie has an injury so there won't be an officially led shorter route, although she may be cycling it around a similar time. HOWEVER If you would like to do a shorter route I suggest meeting on the south side of Putney Bridge at 11.25 to wait for the lead group (they should arrive between 11.36 and 11.39) and joining with them. The remaining route is 14km and it's a gorgeous section - no road crossing!
Weather According to Accuweather it'll be partly sunny for most of the run, hooray! There is a chance of some rain at the end so bring something dry! Keep an eye on the hourly forecast to see what changes.
