8 awesome GoodGym runners (and cyclists!) came out this week to support The William Hobbayne Centre and Ealing Alternative Provision get food to families that need it across the borough.

Here's how it went down:

  • We were joined by Claire who was taking part in GoodGym for the first time, big welcome and kudos for getting involved! She joined Harvey on a cycling adventure to deliver to a family in Greenford

  • Bryon was delivering on foot while Marieke and Alex followed on bike to deliver a heavy load to a family in Hanwell. That's team work!

  • Jenni and Milly joined forces by car but definitely got a workout by doing a lot of heavy lifting and delivering to two families in Southall

  • And last but by no means least, Michelle delivierd to two families in Greenford by car, she did all the heavy lifting the other end on her own and deserves a special mention for always being up for helping out anyway she can!

We help with delivieres every Thursday lunchtime so if you'd like to help next week we'd love to have you! Keep checking the session listings here and also join our GoodGym Ealing WhatsApp group for all the latest news.
