Thanks all! It wasn't a solo effort (well, that infamous 2for1 burger deal in Lewisham is a separate story!). It's been a treat for me to deed, eat, run and share music with so many great peeps; really didn't feel like 500 deeds at all! I just really like free tee shirts.

Patrick runs to visit an older person, we knew that. What's new is that they've persevered through the worst the weather can throw at them. For logging their visits during December they are awarded the yule log badge.
