Come join the GoodGym crew for the Budapest Running Festival taking place on Sunday 17 April 2016!

With the great success of Bordeaux Marathon Festival, Race the Train and Bournemouth Marathon Festival we are going to keeping growing in 2016.

So why Budapest? It's in Eastern Europe, full of history & culture, cheap and new to most people.

The choice of distances is 7km, 10km & 21km (half marathon), so it's very accessible to all GoodGymers. Even if you are taking part in the London Marathon the weekend after you can still participate or just come and cheer GoodGym runners.

Races and trips away are an excellent way to get to know GoodGymers from across the UK and motivate yourself to train!

The plan is to fly out Saturday 16 April, race on the Sunday, be massive tourists on the Monday and fly back on the Tuesday (you can also stay a bit longer if you want to do more tourism). We will stay in a hostel which will aim to be well located and reasonably priced.

Please let us know for the moment whether you're interested and we will aim to send you details soon.

More information about the race can be found here

Where are we staying?

We will stay in the Maverick Hotel when you book if you put in the comment box that you're a GoodGym runner, you'll get a 10% off.

You're In? Good

Always wanted to go to more places in Eastern Europe. What are the exact costs around this running excursion?

Sounds ominous for those that have not run abroad before. Any positive advice for newby Goodgymers that want to participate would be appreciated!:)
