Panther trainer and wheelbarrow wielder #willrun4pinkwafer
Another sunny session at Eastville Park bowling green. In today’s session our intrepid volunteers helped with weeding and preparing some surfaces for painting. Time was on our side, and we managed to splash some paint on the prepped surfaces. Another set of small actions to help the keep the place nice, for the community and fundraising events.
Come and join us at Northern Slopes at 9:30 to make the area look more tidy by addressing the regrown, defining the paths, clearing space for more trees as well as some litter-picking in the area.
We will be meeting at the top of Novers Steps. Look up manage.stones.burst on what3words.com to see the exact location.
Please bring your own gloves. Tools will be provided. As some parts of this task involve thick bramble bushes, please consider adequate clothing.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Roll up, roll up - another lovely session gardening at the Eastville bowling greens/community garden. Tending the flower beds, pulling the odd dock/nettle/bramble, wildflower seeding, plus many more little tasks to make it look all pretty for summer.

Six GoodGymers met on a lovely sunny morning at WindHill City Farm.
Once we worked out what compound gates were (!) we grabbed the necessary tools and tidied up the farm area.
We also had the task of returning the stones back to the pit... let’s see how long they last before the kids throw them out again!
It was great seeing everyone and the animals whilst doing some good... well done everyone :)!
Are you finding it hard to motivate yourself in the morning? Come and join us for a midweek morning dose of goodness at Windmill Hill City Farm. Early morning, fresh air, walking/running/cycling (or however else you travel), volunteering, animals (and people, if you like them - socially distanced of course) - what a great way to start your day!
Tasks may include, but are not limited to, weeding, sweeping, petting goats (optional), loading and maneuvering wheelbarrows (bring your own gardening gloves if you have them, they are very useful to have for this task and any other tasks)
Hope to see you there :)
