Elizabeth, Catherine (sorry not in photo😥)Elliott, Sam (&Jasper), Bill, Katy, Hitch all went on a Mission at Catton Parkrun other goodgymers were at other Norfolk Parkrun’s also. It was a very hot morning, a bit too hot you might say. 459 people jog/walked run the course, many dressed in their running colours as this was a memorial run in memory of Norwich Road Runner Lynda Moore who sadly passed away recently. As Goodgymers we all had various tasks at marshalling points around the course, Elliott took photos as they passed his point of our Goodgymers completing Parkrun today including Panda Dave who came in 1st. Well done all three of you today, whilst it was lovely seeing our GG winner, Parkrun is all about the getting up and taking part, sometimes battling with yourself but still getting out there. Well done each and every one of those taking part throughout the land. We did, however, pat ourselves on the back and enjoyed breakfast in Waterloo Park for those of us who were able to. We caught up with Beks and Robert O who had been volunteering at Eaton Parkrun.
