What a fantastic turnout last night!

We had 27 GG Yorkies running and walking in York, Leeds and Reading as part of the Monday 'let's be the nice stuff' challenge.

Various distances, from just over 1K to 12k have been covered.

People ran in pairs, solo or with their dogs.

We saw urban orienteering, a cool down jog after workout, walk up and down the stairs home workout, jog and walk, run around the pump track, running a bit more than last week, recovery from injury jog, or run to build up the speed.

I walked up and down the stair 150 times! - Leanne

What an amazing effort all of you!

Let's make it a country wide thing next Monday, shall we!
