Mrs R used to be very sociable, but since the knee operation she has been unable to leave her home for a number of months. To have the garden safe to at least sit in would have such a positive impact on Mrs R's physical & emotional wellbeing.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
