RACE DAY INFORMATION

Since this is a run set up by a charity and run by volunteers, they are calling for help on the race day. There will be plenty of cheering to be done throughout the day. In particular, they will need volunteers to help entrants affix their timing chip before their race (06:45 - 07:45). If you're free at this time (and if you are starting at 8.04) please come along and help - tea and coffee will be available!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
