Ran a minor 49-er with his girlfriend Carol-tine
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Camden.

This morning, three GoodGymmers (who were genuinely suffering after last night's GoodGym Christmas party) volunteered at Finsbury Park parkrun to help commemorate Rob's 49th parkrun.
After volunteering, a few of us joined the runners at a local café, where we ate, drank, and were super merry from a sugar high (except Carol, who is currently avoiding eating sugar to raise money for the British Heart foundation (here's the link to donate)).
I would elaborate more about our volunteering, but even at 2pm (when I'm writing this), it's still far too early 😅😴

Wish I'd brought the 4 and 9 candles. Was a toughie getting up for this and extra challenging when we had a surprise medical emergency drill! Nice one all!
