Kim’s Killer Kore & Kardio

20 Good Gymers logged in to Zoom and joined Kim for a Monday workout to blast away the lock-down cobwebs.

A good selection of exercises were suggested by the group - save for Cat, who cruelly made us do a minute of burpees at the end of the session and is now banned from all future GG Sheffield events*.

Kim kept us all in line, ably demonstrating the exercises and playing some banging old school hits to keep us motivated. It only occurred to me afterwards that the song we should have been playing was, of course, Aretha Franklin's "Who's Zoomin Who".

Next week we've got an Easter Monday Eggstravaganza - led by the legend that is Stephen Gilmer. Details to follow in due course, but you will need to bring your GG T shirt, Easter Eggs and alcohol!
