All are welcome at GoodGym for some community fun together!
Frannie's is my muse of inspiration and great motivation, ... not only when she corrects the pronunciation of my use of English, not my native language ! ;-)
This training session is one of Frannie's special as she managed again to group together a friendly group of GoodGymers and motivate us to run a 5km (or 5 miles? :-) on the seafront, just before the weather might catch us.
Frannie and Mike used to meet together and motivate each other to go out to run during Covid's lockdown, and this was great!
Meet Frannie, and run leaders Michael, Pippa and myself at our meeting point in Brighton at the Queen Victoria Statue, (in Victoria Gardens), or join us in front of the Brighton Palace Pier at 9:00am for a leisured paced group training run - Suitable for all!
Bring warm running clothes suitable for the season, and a wind proof cover. But don't worry, we will get warm!
