We had an exciting start to the evening with a visit from Rosie and our newest future member, Phoenix.
We then went inside to tackle painting room 4.
This week we were well prepared with an extra ladder and roller as well as the trusty stirring stick. We got to work and managed to get a good first coat of magnolia on, ready for next week's second coat.

Tonight's topics included:
- good pubs for a Sunday Roast
- quizzing
- passports
- positive points of the chosen paint
- ladder health and safety
- is running parkrun doing something for yourself (decision = yes)
- Rachel being close to 200 good deeds.
- the collective height (or lack of) of GoodGym members, we need to recruit some tall folk!
