Date and time
18:15 - 20:00To continue our week of birthday celebrations, GoodGym Portsmouth's annual Golden Trainer competition will take place ahead of a litter pick at Kingston Rec.
For those new to GoodGym, the aim of the Golden Trainer 1km Time Trial is not about who can run the fastest... but who can most closely predict the time it will take them to cover 1km. No watches, no phones... just what you think your body can do!
GoodGymers are welcome to run, jog, jef or walk the kilometre, so please do come along and give it a try!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
