Soulful Sunrise is a way to start your day in a positive, uplifting and soulful way and we are gonna get you shimmying through 'hump day' with a groove in your heart. We know that life can be hard and serious sometimes and we often postpone fun and happiness until the weekend! Every day there's a new sunrise and we want to remind people that life is amazing and it’s happening right now!

We are back at Bigmoose Coffee Co with a Fiesta theme! Oh yes - shake ya maracas Latino style and wear your colours bright.....

At 6am we will be ready to rock your socks off Soulful Sunrise style and oh what treats we have for you!

Your ticket includes:

Uplifting, soulful vibes coming from the decks of our top DJ's Paul Cahill & Paul Sweeney. A Delicious and nutritious smoothie, or supercharged coffee served up by team Bigmoose. Fun and playful yoga sessions getting your body, mind and soul ready for the day. The spectacular Sparklettes hoop troupe teaching a hula hoop fiesta dance class! Oh and limbo dancing, the conga, pinata beating....everything you would expect at a good old Fiesta (except the booze - we are high on life here guys!). Our super duper hosts at Bigmoose will be serving up a delicious, nutritious 'Soulful Sunrise breakfast menu' to fuel us up for a mornng of partying!
