10:00 - 10:45Meeting at the Penylan Community Centre. A 5k run at a pace you can run and chat.
A litter pick will also be scheduled following the run (optional)
Run groups are going to be limited to six, but if one fills up, another will be listed. We are choosing to limit these to six to be respectful to the public also using the pathway in the park.
