My mission was to deliver prescribed medicine to Ms J. Unfortunately the phermacy hadn't received the prescription. Because Ms J's phone was busy, I couldn't tell the bad news nor the reason. So, I went to her flat and explained it. Ms J's morbility was very poor and she expressed extreme desperation. She wanted to talk to her phermacist by herslf to find out why the repeat prescription was missed to be issued today. I dialled for her. Then, it resulted in her ringing up Cambridge House to request to send the priscription to her phermacy in urgency. I provided as much support as possible during the course of actions, including closing a window in the toilet as she requested. Finally, I made sure that she would be in touch with her key worker, I left her flat. She thanked me a lot but I still felt helpless for her.

Thank you Mayuko for going over and trying to explain and help Ms. J. I know the feeling of feeling helpless, but at least you went to see her, spend some time and offered to follow up with a key worker. Not every mission is 100% straight forward, but you made the most of it - thank you!
