The race starts at a recreation ground, runs through some residential streets (where the neighbours come out to cheer), then heads into the woods for a bit of trail and hills.
It's a super-friendly race and you even get a banana (from a gorilla!) and a delicious samosa at the end.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
