Run and do good with parkrun on Saturday morning

GoodGym will be providing pacers for the lovely people at Northala fields parkrun on 22nd April - the day before the London marathon - they are expecting lots of parkrunners!

It's an ace course through one of the best parks in North West London. Helping out with pacing means you get to have a slightly more relaxed Saturday morning run AND help other runners reach their goals - and running and doing good things is basically the point of GoodGym!

If you're up for giving pacing a try, have a look at this spreadsheet , pick a slot that's around 2-4 minutes behind your recent form and stick your name and email down.

Please arrive for 8.40 to pick up your bib and have a nice pre-run GoodGym photo.

Non-pacers who just want to run also welcome, and an official photographer would also be appreciated! We will almost certainly go to the San Remo cafe in the park for tea/cake/breakfast afterwards (the cakes in particular are excellent).

Please remember your barcode to get a chip time!
