Like an adorable toddler, Goodgym Islington is steady on its feet, talking the talk, walking the walk, and a profuse number of photos have been taken of it. Come along for a drink and some food and to reflect on the days since it was just a twinkle in a spreadsheet's eye.

After Monday’s Task and a good warm-down and stretch, we will head to nearby pub the Horatia. It’s a lovely place with a decent food menu for veggies and non-veggies to refuel. We have a cosy lounge space reserved in the back where we can share stories of Islington Goodgymming past, present and future.

If you can’t make the task but would still like to join us, you’re more than welcome - we will arrive around 8:45!

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

This event is organised by your Taskforce, a group of experienced GoodGym members in your area, they are not responsible for your safety. You should feel confident to participate in the event as it is described and you do so at your own risk.
