Individual 5k (Pretend you're ParkRunning!)

Motivation to get out and run a 5k

Location
Town Hall Hotel - Hotel Entrance
Patriot Square
London
E2 9NF
Date and time
22:00 - 23:00
Sunday, 5th of April 2020

If you're missing your regular Saturday morning Parkrun here's an alternative for you - find a local 5k route you can do and log it on Strava and/or take photos to get some cheers and community vibes going like we would on a regular Parkrun morning.

As there's no set Parkrun time for this, you can even get a morning lie-in and do it later on in the day, this training session ends at 10pm, so plenty of time on Saturday to get it in!

Get out there and have some fun, maybe you can even go for a new PB ;-)

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Town Hall Hotel, and Town Hall Hotel and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

Come to the hotel entrance on Patriot Square, not the bar/restaurant entrance on Cambridge Heath Road. Ask reception where to meet us if you can't see anyone in a red t-shirt.
