GGB Yoga

Improve your general conditioning and balance for running.


A one hour beginners session that will give you an introduction into some basic yoga poses. Concentrating on healthy alignment and breathing to help you to improve your running, posture, core strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation will naturally be incorporated into the session. We have been given a lovely room at Stephens House (Avenue House Eastend Road) I have a limited number of yoga mats so please bring one if possible. Limited numbers on first come basis. Invitational session for Barnet regulars. Meal and social to be organised after session, TBC

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
