3 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Abbey Community Centre in Brent.

Tabitha and Pete ran to Abbey Community centre and met Lee who was waiting with Jason and 100 flyers .
We wanted to stay and play table tennis but had deliveries to do so made our way to Rowley way to deliver the flyers
Lee had a bad knee so we walked back
