It was so blowy on the beach that we had to trap the litter firmly in our bags to prevent it heading towards Hayling. At least our heads were warm in our runr woolly hats!

Sinead, Rachel & I collected quite a collection of sweet papers, plastic bags and take-away wrappers from the beach plants and a surprising amount of fishing line from the seaweed at the high tide mark. There was even a fishing weight with some scary-looking fish hooks.

We did what we could before the rain started and then headed home to get warm.
