Mrs V has always loved her garden, but over the years she has been unable to maintain it and it has now become overgrown. Being able to sit out in her garden during good weather would make a real difference to her wellbeing and would give her the opportunity to enjoy some fresh air and time outdoors while still remaining close to her husband.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
