Move a sofa and double bed for Mr P (flexible timings*) (wk3)
Clearing the space downstairs will have a huge impact on his ability to safely engage in rehabilitation and progress his mobility. Mr P will be starting to practice stairs within the Physio sessions with an aim to return to sleeping upstairs within the next 4 weeks.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
