Mrs J loves her garden and is unable to care for it anymore due to health issues. She cannot bend as had hip and knee replacements and has trouble breathing . She would have some nice summer days enjoying her garden once it is done and this will benefit her mental and physical health.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
