URGENT Food shop for Mr P
Mr P is in stage 5 kidney failure and has dialysis 3 times a week. He is also a wheelchair user but finds it really difficult as he doesn't have the strength to self propel in his area as there are too many hills. He struggles to use public transport without someone to help him board the vehicle. Having someone to do some shopping would really help because he does not have the strength to do this himself.

Mrs S is living with cancer and her symptoms and treatment side effects cause her to feel fatigued and unable to leave the house much. She told me being able to enjoy her garden again would have an amazing impact on her mental health.
