Providing this support will help maintain a clean and safe home environment, reducing the risk of hoarding, odours, and pest infestations. Without support, food waste may accumulate, negatively affecting Mr T’s wellbeing, health, and living conditions, as well as impacting neighbouring residents.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
